Our recent stay at Bookmark Jogi Mahal Resort, Ranthambore was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we stepped in, the warmth and attentiveness of the staff transformed a simple getaway into a truly memorable experience. A special mention must go to Mr. Karan Bakshi, the General Manager, whose quiet yet perceptive hospitality sets the tone for the entire property. He carries a rare ability to make guests feel both valued and at home. Every interaction with him reflected thoughtfulness and genuine care. At the front desk, Ajeba deserves heartfelt thanks for going the extra mile to arrange complimentary bedding for our daughter without us even having to ask. Such gestures make travelling with family so much easier. Dolly, too, from the front desk, radiated warmth and efficiency, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs with a smile. No review of this resort would be complete without appreciating the culinary experience. Chef Saroj Kumar Behera and his team deserve no less than applause for the spread they created. The Junglee Mutton and Laal Maas carried authentic flavours of Rajasthan, while the Chilli Paneer and Dal Makhni were cooked to perfection — soulful, comforting, and beautifully presented. Their ability to blend tradition with finesse elevated every meal. And finally, a heartfelt note for the service staff who brought everything together: Suneel, Roshni, Pratima, and Nisha. Their empathy, promptness, and quiet attentiveness were remarkable — always there when needed but never intrusive. They made dining and day-to-day needs seamless and pleasant. Bookmark Jogi Mahal Resort isn’t just a beautiful property; it’s a place where people make you feel special. We left with full hearts, happy memories, and a promise to return.

Lovely comfortable room which was really nicely decorated. They upgraded us to a pool room as well which was amazing :) the shower was one of the best we’ve ever had in a hotel - so big and powerful. The breakfast was also a good spread. The staff were also nice. Good location only 10 minutes to the tiger reserve.

The resort was beautiful and the staff incredibly attentive and friendly. We were upgraded to a room with a private pool, which was so lovely, and the kitchen staff were amazing. They made us so many different dishes, all delicious and flavorful. Thanks to Pratima, Suneel, Ajeba, Monika, and everyone else (sorry, I don’t remember everyone’s name) who was so kind and helpful during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! We were given a free room upgrade and got a beautiful room with a pool. Both the room and the hotel are very new and clean. The staff were incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and friendly throughout our stay. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and we also loved the evening traditional dance show. A special thank-you to the GM Mr Karan for going out of his way to organize our safari at the very last moment. We truly appreciated the care and effort.

We loved the welcome by the team. Mr. Ajeba was great at handling our request on arrival for a king size bed. We were escorted to the hotel and Monica gave us a good explanation of the hotel activites. While the hotel had less rooms booked the services were good. Restaurant Mr. Surya was always there to take care of our needs. The variety offered even without a buffet spread was excellent. The chef made a few dishes to our liking with less spice and less oil. Will be back again in November.
